Hey everyone - check out Scout’s sister, Bouclee. She’s a real go-getter and a field champion! While our little Scout has his CPX (Couch Potato Excellent) Bouclee has earned numerous field and ring titles.

In fact, her impressive registered name reads SHR CH SoftMaple’s Ma Belle Bouclee CGC, WCX, JH, SH. But, what do all those initials mean?

Bouclee is a UKC Started Hunting Retriever (SHR), an AKC breed champion (CH), a Canine Good Citizen (CGC), has her Working Certificate Excellent (WCX), an AKC Junior Hunter (JH) and Senior Hunter (SH).

Scout and Bouclee’s breeder, SoftMaple Curlies, was recently named “Breeder of the Year” by the Curly Coated Retriever Club of America. Congratulations, Cathy & Mark!
