Today is Daisy’s Birthday! We are not sure how old she is, as we adopted her from the Great Lakes Lab Rescue seven years ago. We guess that she was about 4-5 at that time, so that makes her around 11-12 (or older). She is slowing down a little bit, but she can still run with the big dog (her brother Scout) - especially if a rabbit or squirrel decides to check out the backyard.

Before coming to us, Daisy was an “outside dog” somewhere in Michigan, and word was that she was left on a tie-out, even in poor weather. She bounced from shelter to shelter, suffering from malnutrition, heartworm damage, and damage to her skin and coat. The kind folks at Great Lakes Lab Rescue nursed her to health and placed her with us. And the rest, as they say, is history. Our search to find Daisy the best dog products available led to the founding of PupLife.com. She had a tough start to her life, but she lucked out by landing with a couple that has a huge warehouse of dog treats and toys. She does pretty good for herself now!
