Helping Dogs Cope With Thunderstorms

April 24th, 2007 · 2 Comments

Our dog Daisy has always been afraid of thunder and lightning. In fact, even if it is sunny and mild, we can tell if a storm is coming our way in the near future. Daisy will head for the nearest corner and shiver in fear. Her radar is always correct. If she’s scared, then there is definitely a storm coming.

Fortunately, while at a trade show, we discovered the Anxiety Wrap. This snug fitting t-shirt for dogs really works. Daisy has been using it for years and it really helps her to relax during storms, fireworks and other times of anxiety. While it is by no means a “magic pill” that makes her 100% care-free, it helps her relax to the point where she can rest, chill out, and even sleep through the night. It is a fantastic solution over prescription drugs and frankly, over time, it is also a heck of a lot cheaper.

If your pet suffers from thunderstorm anxiety, we definitely recommend the Anxiety Wrap. It works for our little Daisy and it could work for your little pooch too!

As a dog myself who does not cope well with thunder, fireworks, doors banging unexpectedly and other loud noises, I was really interested to learn about the Anxiety Wrap. I will be begging for one as soon as possible. Keep up the good work.

I am a 12 years old Dobe whose Mom got me the Anxiety Wrap last summer. I can now sleep through the worst of storms. I Love It!
