Our previous post discussed the importance of having an emergency plan in place for your family that included your pets. But, what about those times you encounter a scraggly cat or forlorn dog on your street corner or in your backyard?

Be prepared to call Animal Rescue A.S.A.P. Keep a list of your local shelters, animal control agencies and local police non-emergency numbers at home and in your car so that the next time you spot Fido on the Freeway, you’ll know who to get in touch with to help.
